Director & Founder of SP Sourcing

David has 25 years experience in senior positions within procurement and supply chain management. He has consistently delivered value and negotiated best in class deals with a number of blue chip organisations. David has a strong background in deal construction and organisational governance.

He leads our Account Delivery in supporting customers' initiatives to reduce costs and add business value, whilst supporting SP Sourcings' continued growth. Prior to joining SP Sourcing, David led a niche Procurement Consultancy, a UK provider of consultancy, interim management and Business Learning Services within the Human Resources Category for all customers.  

Previous to that David was a Procurement Director with Exult Inc, a leading player in the HR Outsourcing Market where he oversaw the creation of the Procurement Outsourcing Model and led significant customer cost down initiatives. He also spent 3 years consulting globally for the QP Group across a number of Indirect Categories and industry sectors. He held senior management roles within Digital Equipment and British Aerospace in both Materials Management and Procurement at the start of his career.

Andy has 21 years senior level experience in blue chip organisations, with a proven track record of delivering against and exceeding plans/targets. His stringent belief in customer focus has ensured a successful career. Andy has a sound background in P&L management, business development, strategic account management and supply chain management.

He heads up SP Sourcings' business development and growth from a strategic perspective whilst supporting and adding value in Account Delivery including bottom line improvements for customers. Andy has successfully led three major HR engagements, ranging from realignment of existing outsourced relationships to full outsourcing transformation.

Prior to joining SP Sourcing, Andy was VP of Strategic Accounts for Flextronics (No.1 Electronics outsourcing company globally), and held several other exec roles including Director of Strategic Accounts & Director of Business Development. Andy has also held senior management roles within Procurement and Supply Chain in Digital Equipment and Pilkington Optronics.
